Prices vary throughout the year and length of stay; check the price for the season you want by selecting the dates on our booking platform.

Reservations made by email or through our website require an advance payment of 50% of the total stay.

As soon as you validate your data on our reservation platform, you will receive an email with your reservation details, and the IBAN to make the advance payment. The reservation will only be validated when proof of transfer of the advance payment is received via email. We inform you that we do not have payment by debit or credit card.

Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive a link to the TouchStay App, which contains lots of useful information on how to prepare for your stay, how to get there, how the house and garden work, the equipment, air conditioning, wifi, etc., but also lots of practical suggestions such as restaurants, supermarkets and health centres.

Minimum booking is two nights at the weekend or three nights during the week. In festive or holiday seasons, there will be minimum stays according to the schedule.

Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 working days before your arrival, without loss of value, to the email mentioned below, referring your payment data, so that we can reimburse you accordingly.

In case of cancellation within a period of less than 14 days, the deposit (50%) will be credited for a future stay and will have a period of one year to be used.

The second payment (50%) must be made by the day before entry. 

In case of no-show or early departure, payment of all reserved nights will be required.

Check-in and check-out are done autonomously using a code which will be sent a few days before arrival. You can check-in from 15.00 onwards, and check-out is until 12.00. We can sometimes check-in and check-out at other times; contact us if you plan to arrive earlier and we will do our best to accommodate you.
